Booking your appointment

When contacting me please leave your home or mobile phone number. I will then call you to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit you. I will not visit your home without speaking to you first.

Health Conditions

Please let me know at the time of booking of any health or medical conditions I may need to be aware of, including pregnancy so I can advise you on the best treatments for you.

Mobile Service

Please ensure there is a suitable place of room for the treatment to be carried out in, some of my equipment it quite large and takes up quite a bit of space, for instance my tanning tent and massage table. Please let me know if access to your home involves more than two flights of stairs without a lift being available as some of my items are rather heavy. If you are intending to have a spray tan treatment and although accidents are unlikely, I would prefer that the treatment is not carried out on a carpeted area.

I will usually arrive a few minutes before your appointment to set up my equipment for your treatment.

Parking

Please inform me of any parking restrictions in place and where would be best for me to park. Any parking fees would be added to the cost of your treatment.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by cash, by cheque or bank transfer. Unfortunately I am cannot accept card payments. 

Please note there is a minimum charge of a total of £30 of treatments per visit.

Cancellation Policy

I would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Should I arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment, or you are not at home as arranged, the full cost of the treatment will be chargeable.
